Shop Polices
Returns/Exchanges:
Please be advised that you will have 3 days after your item is marked delivered or it is picked up to inspect your items for any defects and to notify us of such.
We are unable to accommodate any returns/refunds/exchanges on personalized items. However, If there has been an error made on our part, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
Cancellations:
Because most of the items are made to order (unless your item specifically states "Ready to Ship" any cancellations made after 2 hours from when the order was placed will not be accepted. Cancellations of custom orders will not be accepted. We have the right to cancel any orders.
Lost/Damaged Items:
We take great care in packing our items to arrive to you safely. However, in the instance where you receive your item(s) in less than acceptable conditions, please take pictures of the damaged items as well as the packaging. DO NOT remove items from the box or throw the packaging away. Please contact us immediately so we can determine how to proceed. Please note that once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we can no longer take responsibility for how your package is handled.
